Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Friendly plan is free and lets you run 5 active programs with unlimited open play, 2 orchestrated sessions per month, attendance invites, and substitute management. Players, sites, and courts are unlimited. Perfect for trying the platform.
What's the difference between the tiers?
League unlocks structured leagues (ladder, round robin), substitutes, and payment collection. Club adds Open Play, the enriched dashboard, and no-show management. Club Pro adds player ratings, the session timeline log, memberships, club credit, the substitute rules engine, integrations, and dedicated support.
How do the annual and seasonal prices work?
The annual subscription equals 10 months paid. The League plan also offers a 4-month seasonal option at $109, ideal for leagues that run only part of the year.
What is the transaction fee?
A transaction fee applies to payments collected through the platform and is paid by the user: 3% on League, 2% on Club, and 1% on Club Pro. The Friendly plan doesn't process payments. This schedule was revised on August 11, 2026.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and get immediate access to the new features.
